Our Story

Our journey into the world of wine began with simple yet cherished memories.

My grandmother's tradition of sharing a piece of bread soaked in wine ignited the spark. Later, tales of my uncle's Bordeaux adventures fueled my passion for exceptional wine and food.

In the early '70s, my uncle, a devoted wine and food lover, would embark on road trips to Bordeaux for exquisite wine dinners.

The love for fine wines and gastronomy runs deep in my Italian heritage.

My introduction to premium wines occurred during visits to the first upscale wine bar in my hometown, guided by a friend who is now a chef there.

A memorable trip to Montalcino further fueled my enthusiasm.

My dedication led me to study and become a professional in the wine business. From 2002 to 2003, I completed courses with the AIS (Italian Sommeliers Association) and the "Marketing of Wine" course at Gambero Rosso Schools in Rome.

Concurrently, I founded a Wine Representative Agency in central Italy, showcasing top Italian brands, followed by a wine shop and distribution in my hometown.

In 2011, my Asian adventure began as I relocated to Hong Kong, contributing almost three years to the wine industry.

I engaged in wine consulting, training, and supplying top restaurants and hotels in the city.

Now, I am here to share with you the enchanting essence that I fondly refer to as "The Wonderful Essence."
